Liza Kirillova

Liza Kirillova serves as an associate in the Corporate department at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, located in Corona, California. Her expertise lies in managing transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions and corporate and private equity financings. In her role, Liza oversees various stages of ongoing deals, from inception to closure.
