Jack H. Pogosian leads In Motion Law, APC as CEO and Trial Counsel, focusing on employment law, business law, and personal injury law throughout San Diego County and California. With extensive experience in labor, employment, and personal injury matters, Jack is a seasoned professional in both transactional and litigation settings, emphasizing a trial-focused strategy in dispute resolution.

Jack is well-versed in regulatory compliance and corporate governance, offering services as outside general counsel to companies of all sizes. He is a graduate of California State University at Northridge and the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was President of the Armenian Law Students Association.

Admitted to the California Bar in 2015, Jack began his career as an Associate Attorney in San Diego, addressing employment and labor disputes, including wrongful termination and discrimination cases. He has since expanded his expertise at larger law firms, including a role as an Associate Attorney at a top AMLAW100 firm.

Jack has served as Staff Counsel and General Counsel for major corporations in San Diego, Orange, and Silicon Valley, managing legal, business, and administrative matters efficiently. He is particularly skilled in law and motion work, having argued numerous motions, such as demurrers and motions for summary judgment, before California judges and arbitrators.
