Randall R. Walton

Randall R. Walton grew up in Southern California and practices law in Northern San Diego County, extending his services to all Southern California counties. At the Walton Law Firm, he represents clients in a wide range of personal injury and wrongful death cases, such as car, motorcycle, and e-bike accidents, work-related injuries, and brain and spine injuries. Mr. Walton is committed to securing justice for those affected by negligence, having recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients.

In addition to personal injury, a significant portion of Mr. Walton's practice involves prosecuting cases against nursing facilities, including nursing homes, residential care facilities, and assisted living facilities. These cases often involve the physical abuse and neglect of elderly and dependent adults, an area of growing concern in the U.S. Mr. Walton is dedicated to advocating for victims of such neglect and abuse.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Walton is deeply involved in his community. He served on the San Marcos City Council for four years and spent a decade on the Governing Board of the San Marcos Unified School District. As the founder of Project Next, he helps high school students prepare for life after graduation. Additionally, he has been active in local youth sports, notably coaching the San Marcos High surf team to three state championships.
