Hagop Jacob Arisian

Hagop Jacob Arisian is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Lemon Law within California. Although headquartered in Fresno, his services extend throughout the entire state.

Mr. Arisian earned his law degree from San Joaquin College of Law. Early in his career, he worked at Yohman, Parker, Kern & Nard under the guidance of Mr. Richard Kern, where he gained significant expertise in Worker’s Financial Recovery Defense and Subrogation cases.

Following this, Mr. Arisian joined Real Lawyers At Affordable PricesTM, working directly with Mr. Eric H. Schweitzer and generally under Mr. Richard P. Berman. Here, he developed substantial skills in handling various Administrative Matters, including Administrative Writs and Appeals, and Criminal Defense cases at both state and federal levels. His role also involved representing clients in DUI matters and conducting numerous Administrative Per Se hearings before the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Since 2011, Mr. Arisian has been associated with Schweitzer & Davidian, P.C., where he continues to enhance his expertise in Administrative and Criminal Defense matters. Currently, he holds the position of 'Of Counsel' at Schweitzer & Davidian, P.C., while focusing more on his practice.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Arisian is an active member of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, which is engaged in legislative advocacy.
