Jennifer Doerrie

Jennifer Doerrie has been exclusively practicing immigration law since 1998. Her extensive experience encompasses all facets of U.S. immigration and nationality law, including derivative citizenship, naturalization, and immigrant residency petitions through family and employment sponsorship. She is well-versed in handling non-immigrant visas such as F students, E, H-1B, J, O, L, and TN employees/investors, B visitors, K fiancés, R religious workers, and T and U trafficking and crime victims. Additionally, she manages DACA cases, consular processing, waivers, and petitions under the Violence Against Women Act, as well as asylum, NACARA, and refugee adjustments.

Ms. Doerrie occasionally litigates immigration removal cases before the U.S. Immigration Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her current solo practice in Fresno focuses primarily on family-based immigration, DACA, consular processing and waivers, naturalization, and selective asylum and removal defense litigation.

A dedicated advocate for the immigrant community, Ms. Doerrie is also a former law professor. She regularly conducts workshops and law clinics and is a frequent speaker at immigration conferences and training sessions. Notably, she has been a featured speaker at international migration conferences in Warsaw, Poland, on three occasions.
