Mark Lang Creede

Mark L. Creede is a highly regarded construction law attorney based in Fresno, California, holding an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He specializes in resolving complex contract disputes related to both private and public sector construction projects. His areas of expertise include heavy highway, commercial, and industrial construction, as well as mechanic's liens, stop payment notices, payment and performance bonds, and subdivision bonds. Mr. Creede is proficient in handling commercial construction defect claims, change orders, delay, disruption, and acceleration claims, bid disputes, surety law, design professional liability, insurance claims, and more.
