Peter Fisher

Peter B. Fisher is a distinguished attorney with extensive expertise in personal injury and civil litigation, practicing at Curtis Courtroom Group's Sacramento office. His practice is dedicated to representing victims of motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, workplace injuries, fires, electrocutions, elder abuse, and product liability cases.

Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2004 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2009. During his law school years, he gained practical experience as a Certified Student Legal Professional with the Tucson City Public Defender’s Office, advocating for clients unable to afford legal services. He further honed his legal skills while serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Michael Cruikshank at the Pima County Superior Court, where he developed a deep understanding of civil case proceedings.

Peter is actively involved in several legal associations, including the State Bar of California, Capital City Trial Lawyers Association, Sacramento County Bar Association, San Joaquin County Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He previously participated in the Stanislaus County Bar Association.

Since 2010, Peter has contributed as a Volunteer Judge for the Stanislaus County Youth Court, an innovative program offering an alternative to the traditional juvenile justice system for first-time misdemeanor offenders. This initiative involves juvenile peers as jurors and high school students as volunteer prosecutors and defense attorneys, providing a rehabilitative and transformative experience.

Peter is also a dedicated advocate for legal education, volunteering for the Stanislaus County Mock Trial Competition and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law’s National Ethics Trial Competition.
