Ricky LeBlanc

Ricky LeBlanc is the Managing Counsel at Sokolove Law, where he oversees the firm's risk management and ensures compliance with legal advertising regulations in all 50 states. His role extends to directing the asbestos specialty and managing other practice areas, including birth harm, medical negligence, nursing home harm, and product liability related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Before joining Sokolove Law, Ricky founded and led his own firm in 2006, focusing on personal injury and product liability cases. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Rodman, Rodman & Sandman, PC, as an associate, where he gained extensive experience, particularly in asbestos litigation.

In the aftermath of 9/11, Ricky volunteered with Trial Lawyers Care, offering pro bono legal services to affected families and victims. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude in History and Education from Fitchburg State College and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Ricky is admitted to practice in all courts in Massachusetts and before the United States Supreme Court. He has represented clients across various trial courts, Massachusetts state and local agencies, and the Social Security Administration. His professional affiliations include the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Attorneys.
