Scott Douglas Silberman

Scott Douglas Silberman is a highly regarded attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation. Based in Fresno, California, Scott is a Certified Specialist recognized by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Workers' Compensation, as an Arbitrator. His practice is dedicated to advocating for injured workers and their families.

Scott's background is deeply rooted in workers' compensation law, having grown up in a family of workers' compensation attorneys. His father is a retired workers' compensation judge, providing Scott with a unique perspective and understanding of the field. Before co-founding Silberman & Lam, LLP, he was a partner at Silberman Law Offices, LLP.
