Zara Joshi

Zara Joshi serves as an Associate at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, where she plays a key role in the firm's corporate practice. Her responsibilities include drafting legal memorandums on real property and securities, revising purchase and operating agreements, and supporting merger transactions. She is adept at handling cases involving corporate structuring and real estate documentation.

Prior to her current position, Zara gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern at the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Five. There, she was involved in researching and preparing legal opinions and memoranda across civil, criminal, and family law domains. Additionally, she worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Yates Litigation, where she coordinated real estate transactions and managed complex property closings and marketing campaigns.

Outside of her professional life, Zara enjoys engaging in creative activities such as drawing, painting, and video editing.
