Reno Fernandez

Reno Fernandez is a distinguished attorney based in Hayward, California, focusing on complex bankruptcy law appeals. Certified as a specialist in bankruptcy law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, he adeptly represents creditors, debtors, trustees, and other parties in appellate matters. Reno has made appearances before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, among other appellate courts under the Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, he provides consultation on general bankruptcy litigation in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
