Arash Hashemi

Arash Hashemi transitioned from aspiring basketball player to passionate attorney at the age of 14, inspired by a family friend's comment. He embarked on his legal journey with determination, culminating in his admission to The State Bar of California in December 2002. The very next day, he was actively participating in a bench trial.

On March 1, 2003, Arash established the Law Offices of Arash Hashemi, where he has since managed a diverse range of criminal cases. His practice includes everything from petty theft to complex felonies, including murder. Arash is particularly skilled in cases involving self-defense and has represented numerous clients accused of probation or parole violations.

Arash is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. He has also argued cases before the California Court of Appeals.

In addition to his legal practice, Arash enjoys playing basketball and photography. He hosts the podcast “Hashing Out the Law” and regularly volunteers at the Mesereau No-obligation Legal Clinic in South Los Angeles.
