Daniel An

Daniel An, a native of the South Bay, proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he excelled as an acting platoon sergeant at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twenty-Nine Palms, California. During his four years in the infantry, he earned commendations from two commanding officers.

Following his military service, Daniel pursued higher education, earning a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from Chapman University (Dale E. Fowler) School of Law in Orange, California. He gained valuable experience clerking at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, assisting with the prosecution of homicide cases.

With over two decades of legal experience, Daniel's career commenced at a prestigious San Francisco law firm. He has since dedicated his practice to advocating for injured individuals, achieving significant results. Daniel has collaborated with some of California's largest personal injury firms, litigating hundreds of cases and securing favorable outcomes against major corporations, government entities, and public transportation carriers. He also has extensive experience defending retail and real estate businesses.

Outside of his legal work, Daniel enjoys practicing jiu jitsu, playing ping pong, and supporting his daughter at her volleyball and basketball games.
