Marshall W. Waller

Marshall Waller serves as a director and principal shareholder at Feinberg & Waller, a full-service family law firm in Los Angeles County. As a California Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS), he has decades of experience handling complex divorce, custody, support, and property cases. Marshall is a respected Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), both of which are prestigious organizations for esteemed family law practitioners. He is also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honor limited to 1% of U.S. attorneys for outstanding professional and community service.

Marshall is known for his strategic advocacy in the courtroom and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for several years and is among the Top 100 Lawyers in Southern California. He also maintains a “Superb 10” rating on Avvo. As an accomplished legal educator and author, Marshall wrote "Essentials of California Family Law," a study guide for specialist candidates, and a law school textbook on California Family Law published by Aspen Publishers. He has taught family law at the university level and has been a Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) speaker for the Regents of the University of California.

He earned his B.A. with highest honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, his J.D. from Loyola Law School, and pursued postgraduate tax studies at USC and USD.

Marshall actively participates in various bar associations and volunteers as a mock trial coach for Teach Democracy, formerly the Constitutional Rights Foundation.
