Dalia Labrador

Dalia Labrador is a dedicated criminal defense attorney serving the Arvada area with Garscin Law. She has a comprehensive background in handling a wide range of cases, including felony theft, DUI, DWAI, internet luring, sexual assault, hit and run, careless driving, child neglect, and reckless driving.

Before joining Garscin Law, Ms. Labrador honed her skills at the Ryley Carlock & Applewhite law group. Her experience spans both sides of the legal system, having worked in the Chicago Cook County State's Attorney's Office. There, she gained insight into the prosecution process through her roles in the Narcotics Unit and the First Municipal Branch.

Ms. Labrador further developed her defense strategies at the Chicago-Kent Criminal Defense Clinic under the mentorship of esteemed Chicago defense attorney Richard Kling. Her responsibilities included legal research and assisting in cases involving racketeering, tax evasion, and homicide.

Additionally, she gained judicial perspective during her externship with the Honorable Sidney Schenkier in the Northern District of Illinois. While in law school, she was actively involved in the trial team program and contributed to the Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Ms. Labrador is licensed to practice law in Illinois. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from University of San Pablo CEU in Madrid, Spain.
