Donald McClellan

Donald McClellan, an adventurer at heart, has traveled extensively but chose to settle in Northern Colorado, a place he believes is unparalleled. He lives with his wife, Whitney, a Colorado native who owns Brick & Vine Real Estate and Property Management, LLC, and together they enjoy the Colorado lifestyle with their two children and two dogs.

Donald holds a Bachelor of Science from Utah Valley University and a Master of Arts from the University of Denver. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) with Dean’s Honors from Washburn University School of Law. During his time there, he was a student attorney in the Family Law Clinic, contributed to the Washburn Law Journal, served as the American Bar Association Representative, and volunteered at the Veterans Judicial Assistance Clinic.

After graduating, Donald excelled by ranking in the top 2% nationally on the Multistate Bar Exam. He began his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Thomas R. French in Colorado’s 8th Judicial District. This experience laid the groundwork for his private practice, where he developed expertise in business law, real estate law, and family law.

Currently, Donald leads The McClellan Law Office, where he offers extensive legal knowledge. Licensed to practice in Colorado, he is a dedicated member of the Colorado Bar Association. His practice prioritizes the best interests of families and children, ensuring their well-being is central to every case.
