Maximilian T Hass

Maximilian T Hass serves as Counsel at Parlatore Law Group, where he applies his extensive knowledge in intellectual property and entertainment law. His practice areas include copyright & trademark law, business law, intellectual property litigation, and commercial litigation. As a musician himself, Max has collaborated with numerous musicians, artists, filmmakers, and small businesses in the creative industry.

Max has been instrumental in developing and presenting copyright workshops for the past five years, catering to musicians, visual artists, and filmmakers. His expertise has led him to speak at prestigious venues such as the University of New Orleans, Tulane University, New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC), the Joan Mitchell Center, and the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts, along with various music conferences and events.

Outside of his legal practice, Max enjoys reading, playing bass, drums, and guitar, composing music, and learning piano. His hobbies include cooking, yoga, and exploring the outdoors. He is conversational in French and is currently learning Spanish.

Max is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, where he serves on the Executive Council of the Sports & Entertainment Section. He also holds memberships with the Louisiana State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Louisiana, New York, and multiple U.S. District Courts, including the District of Colorado, Eastern District of Louisiana, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York.

Originally from upstate New York, Max now resides in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
