Rachel Ellis

Rachel E. Ellis is a committed advocate at Livelihood Law, LLC, where she focuses on ensuring workplace fairness and advancing employee rights. Located in Commerce City, Colorado, she provides legal counsel to both private sector and federal government employees. Her practice areas include discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, unpaid commission and wages, contractual disputes, non-competition agreements, severance negotiations, and unemployment benefits.

Ms. Ellis is also deeply involved in legislative initiatives aimed at protecting the rights of Colorado workers. She assists individuals in obtaining social security disability benefits, guiding them through the often complex application and appeals process.

Rachel frequently appears before the Colorado Legislature, as well as Colorado’s State and Federal Courts. She also represents clients in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, and the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment.

Her leadership roles include serving as a former Officer and current Board Member of the Colorado Plaintiffs Employment Lawyers Association. Additionally, she is a past Board Member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Colorado Symphony REMIX Board for Young Professionals.
