Robert Wilhite

Robert Wilhite, born and raised in Texas, is the Managing Partner at The Wilhite Law Practice. He has built a reputation for guiding complex legal disputes to successful conclusions, notably securing a $9.5 million recovery for a client injured by a defective product. His firm was established with the mission to advocate for those whose lives have been severely affected by car accidents.

Robert's dedication to justice involves holding negligent parties, corporations, and insurance companies accountable for their actions. His notable achievements include a $2.5 million recovery for a pedestrian hit by a distracted driver and a $1.9 million settlement for an injury caused by a faulty warehouse door.

With extensive litigation experience, Robert handles cases related to wrongful death, car incidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall incidents, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and defective products. He has represented clients nationwide, trying numerous cases in both state and federal courts.

His early life in Texas, including his time at Highland Park High School, where he was active in sports, laid the foundation for his legal career. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in political science, further fueling his ambition. His adventurous spirit is evident from summers spent backpacking in Greenland and Pakistan with his brother Nathan.
