Samuel Ventola

Samuel Ventola leads Ventola Mediation, where he serves clients including businesses, partnerships, individuals, and religious organizations. His primary goal is to ensure client success in all legal matters. With a robust background in litigation, legal education, and mediation, Sam has represented parties on both sides in business litigation, employment disputes, probate litigation, and personal injury cases.

In addition to his legal practice, Sam is a skilled mediator and hearing officer. He also serves as a labor relations professor and lecturer, focusing on litigation, employment, and First Amendment issues. His academic credentials include a Juris Doctor, 1988 – University of Colorado, School of Law, where he was honored with Order of the Coif, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, 1985, University of Colorado.

Sam is admitted to practice before all Colorado state courts, the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His professional affiliations include the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and he serves as a mediator and arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. He is also an Allied Attorney with the Alliance Defending Freedom.
