Ben Volpe

Ben Volpe established Volpe Law in 2020, bringing his extensive experience in civil litigation to serve the Douglas County community. His practice is dedicated to making legal services accessible to individuals and local businesses. Ben and his team excel in areas such as construction litigation, real estate disputes, business and partnership disputes, tort litigation, commercial litigation, leasing, and insurance. They focus on minimizing litigation risks through effective contract drafting and providing strategic legal counsel.

Before founding Volpe Law, Ben worked at an insurance defense and construction litigation firm in Denver, Colorado. His practice there concentrated on construction defect litigation, breach of warranty, builder disputes, and multi-state complex general casualty litigation. This experience honed his skills in business and commercial litigation.

Ben's legal journey began with a focus on practical judicial expertise over theoretical academics while attending law school. He prioritized developing strong judicial analysis, legal writing, client relations, and courtroom skills. This approach has made him a capable and effective lawyer today.

Before attending law school, Ben gained valuable experience in local and federal investigations and law enforcement. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, a Master's Degree from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.

Ben is admitted to the Colorado bar and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. He is also involved with Trout Unlimited - Business and the Parker Chamber of Commerce. In recognition of his professional excellence, Ben was selected to the Super Lawyers 2023 Colorado Rising Stars list.
