Frederick A. Neustein

Frederick A. Neustein, a native of Miami, has been practicing law in Florida for 31 years. With a focus on foreclosure defense, he and his team at NLG have managed thousands of cases across the state, protecting countless homes. For twelve years, Mr. Neustein worked in the mortgage banking sector for major Institutional Investment Banks. He served as Vice President and counsel at American Residential Equities (ARE) in Miami-Dade County, overseeing residential and commercial mortgage acquisitions totaling approximately $1 billion. His role at ARE involved managing both residential and commercial foreclosure disputes throughout Florida and the U.S.

Before his tenure at ARE, Mr. Neustein was a Director at Madison Capital Group in Miami, where he handled transactions exceeding $1 billion in real estate. His responsibilities included originating, structuring, and underwriting these transactions across Florida. Additionally, he spent five years as a commercial real estate lender at Heller Financial and Ocwen Financial Corporation, concentrating on structured real estate deals.
