Before law school, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice. After law school, Mr. Tolley served as a prosecutor, managing thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases, and was promoted to a special unit handling serious felonies, including attempted murder cases.

Transitioning to private practice, he worked with a Civil Litigation Insurance Defense firm, representing AAA-rated insurance companies like Citizens Property and Progressive. Since 2014, Mr. Tolley has also contributed to legal education as a head coach for Nova Southeastern University's mock trial program, mentoring future law graduates.
