Before law school, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice. After law school, Mr. Tolley served as a prosecutor, managing thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases, and was promoted to a special unit handling serious felonies, including attempted murder cases.
