Nicholas J. Roselli

Nicholas J. Roselli, a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, developed his roots in South Florida. He attended Pope John Paul II High School in Boca Raton before pursuing higher education at Auburn University. There, he earned Cum Laude Honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was a member of the Pi Lambda Sigma pre-law honor society.

Nicholas furthered his legal education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, earning his Juris Doctorate. During his time in law school, he gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Roselli & McNelis, focusing on representing the injured and their families.

As a legal professional at Roselli & McNelis, Nicholas handles cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, motorcycle and bicycle incidents, pedestrian accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home claims, medication errors, and premises liability. His trial skills have been acknowledged by peers, earning him titles such as 'Rising Star' by Florida's SUPERLAWYERS since 2018 and inclusion in The National Trial Lawyers: TOP 40 UNDER 40 for Civil Plaintiff Lawyers in Florida since 2017.
