Robert W. Pearce

Robert W. Pearce, based in Boca Raton, Florida, is a seasoned attorney with more than 40 years of experience in complex securities, commodities, and investment fraud disputes. He began his career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in New York before relocating to Florida, where he has built a distinguished practice. Mr. Pearce is highly regarded for his work in FINRA arbitration, having secured his first investor case victory in 1983.

Since 1996, Mr. Pearce has consistently earned the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a testament to his professional excellence.
