Clare Casas

Clare Casas is a seasoned bankruptcy attorney serving clients in Broward County, Florida. Her journey into law was inspired by her childhood experiences with financial instability. Witnessing her parents struggle through economic challenges without guidance, Clare developed a strong desire to help others in similar situations.

In 1992, Clare's family faced a significant setback when Hurricane Andrew destroyed their home just months after they purchased it. This personal experience with loss and rebuilding fueled her commitment to assist those facing financial hardship. Clare pursued higher education at Florida International University, earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting. She then became a Certified Public Accountant before obtaining her Law degree from the University of Miami.

Clare began her legal career at Law Services of Greater Miami Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal aid to the elderly and indigent. There, she helped families avoid foreclosure and eviction, guided clients through bankruptcy filings, and represented individuals before the IRS.

Through decades of experience, Clare has learned that bankruptcy law offers a path to financial recovery and stability. Motivated by this understanding, she established her own legal practice, focusing primarily on bankruptcy law. Clare remains committed to aiding people and businesses in finding relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
