Cristhian Garcia-Ciceron

Cristhian Garcia-Ciceron brings a wealth of legal knowledge to the Law Offices of Diana Santa Maria, P.A. in Broward County, Florida. With a career that began at the age of 16, Cristhian has over 17 years of experience in the legal field. His practice is centered on advocating for those injured and guiding them through the complexities of their cases. For the past four years, he has focused on helping victims achieve recovery and justice. Prior to this, Cristhian represented clients in immigration matters and first-party insurance claims.

Born in Nicaragua and raised in Hollywood, Florida, Cristhian has a deep-rooted connection to the South Florida community. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Keiser University and a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. During his time in law school, Cristhian served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Michelle Towbin-Singer of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He also participated in the 2015 Pro Se Asylum Clinic and Bankruptcy Clinic and was an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Cristhian is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he effectively communicates with a diverse clientele. Outside of his professional commitments, Cristhian enjoys traveling, attending church, and spending quality time with his husband, children, friends, and family.
