About Jason E. Neufeld
Jason E. Neufeld is the founder of Elder Needs Law, PLLC, where he provides experienced legal counsel in Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Incapacity Planning, and Probate for senior citizens and younger disabled adults across Florida. He has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyer's magazine and as "Litigation Elite" by Florida Trends magazine since 2012.
Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) from the University of Miami. He is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Executive Counsel and Board of Directors of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, and as Co-Chair of the Broward County Bar Association's Elder Law Section. Previously, Jason contributed to the 11th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and was acknowledged for his civic involvement with a proclamation by North Miami Beach Mayor Rabin in 2007, establishing "Jason Neufeld Day."
Jason also engages with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and participates in community projects with Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid's Senior Citizen Project.
