Jacqlyn Faye Bryant

Jacqlyn Faye Bryant has been an integral part of Perenich, Caufield, Avril & Noyes since 2012, advancing from associate litigation counsel to partner in 2018. Her legal practice is centered on personal injury claims, including Workers Financial recovery. Jacqlyn has demonstrated her expertise in both Circuit Civil jury trials and Workers Settlement bench trials.

During her law school years, Jacqlyn was recognized for her trial advocacy skills, earning the Best Advocate award in a preliminary round of the American Association for Justice, Civil Trial Competition. Her academic excellence was further acknowledged with the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, Who’s Who Among American Colleges & Universities, the Book Award for the highest grade in the Race & the Law Seminar, and the National Association for Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award. She also dedicated time to pro bono work, assisting clients who could not afford legal representation through legal aid offices and community law programs.

Before joining Perenich, Caulfield, Avril, & Noyes, P.A., Jacqlyn gained valuable experience as a law clerk for a major insurance company. This role provided her with significant insight into how defense attorneys assess personal injury claims, enhancing her ability to effectively advocate for her clients. Her personal experiences with family members who endure disabilities and chronic pain further fuel her compassionate approach towards her clients.
