John Richert

John Richert, Managing Counsel at Richert Quarles, P.A., is a dedicated attorney based in Clearwater, Florida. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Stetson University in Deland, Florida, both in May 2013. During his time at Stetson, John actively participated in the pro bono program and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Prior to his legal studies, John earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2013, John focuses his practice on Florida probate, civil litigation, and business law. He is also experienced in landlord/tenant law, bankruptcy litigation, Florida administrative law, and corporate law.

John emphasizes the importance of cost-effective solutions and often seeks to resolve disputes amicably to avoid lengthy litigation.
