Mitchell Feldman

With more than two decades of experience, Mitchell Lloyd Feldman, Esq. has built a distinguished career as a civil litigator. He has adeptly handled cases for both defense and plaintiff sides, focusing in recent years on representing individuals in personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment claims.

Mr. Feldman's trial expertise spans bench and jury trials involving wage and hour claims, personal injuries, automobile incidents, workers’ financial recovery, employment contracts, and whistleblower actions. He has also managed one criminal case. His practice extends across state and federal courts in Florida and Georgia, and he has addressed claims in Connecticut, Illinois, and New York.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1965, Mr. Feldman earned his J.D. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1995. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1995 and the Florida Bar in 1996, where he has been an active member ever since. His practice emphasizes civil litigation throughout Florida, Georgia, and several federal courts across the United States, including Illinois and New York.

Mr. Feldman has a notable record of success in jury trials. In March 2016, he, along with co-counsel, successfully represented multiple plaintiffs in a Florida Minimum Wage and FLSA jury trial in the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division. The jury awarded 100% of the damages sought in the case styled: Kubiak, et al v. Salt Water Cowboy, Inc., Case No.: 3:12-CV-1306-J-34JRK.
