Nick J. Pineiro

Nick J. Pineiro, a native Floridian and Cuban-American, was born and raised in Florida. He completed his bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Central Florida in 2015. Before entering the legal field, Nick coordinated healthcare services for injured workers within Florida's workers' compensation system, gaining valuable experience in navigating complex regulations and advocating for injured individuals.

In 2017, Nick relocated to Saint Petersburg to pursue his legal studies at Stetson University College of Law. During law school, he honed his skills as a law clerk, focusing on Estate Planning and Probate Administration. These experiences provided a solid foundation in the legal areas that continue to influence his practice.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Nick began his legal career representing prominent Florida insurance companies and major automotive manufacturers. He managed complex cases involving insurance coverage disputes and breach of warranty claims, which enriched his understanding of corporate defense strategies. Today, he leverages this knowledge to advocate for individuals, using his skills to protect and advance his clients' interests.

Outside of his legal practice, Nick is passionate about travel and enjoys hiking, off-roading, and exploring diverse landscapes with his wife, Michelle, and their two dogs.
