Eve T.K. Volkmann

Eve T.K. Volkmann became a valued member of our firm in 2019, following her graduation from Ave Maria School of Law, where she distinguished herself by ranking fourth in her class. Her academic achievements include receiving Book Awards in Commercial Law, Healthcare Law, and Research, Writing & Advocacy. As a member of the Moot Court Board, Eve was recognized as Best Oralist in both the St. Thomas More Oral Advocacy Competition and the Robert H. Bork Appellate Team Competition, where she also earned the Best Brief award. Her dedication to clinical excellence was acknowledged with the Saint Francis Cabrini Award for her contributions to the Estate Planning Clinic.

Eve's leadership roles during law school included serving as an associate editor for the Ave Maria Law Review, secretary of the Ave Chapter Federalist Society, and Dean’s Delegate. She had the honor of being the student commencement speaker for the class of 2019.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Eve relocated to Southwest Florida in 2005. She graduated summa cum laude from Hodges University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Prior to her legal career, Eve spent eight years working in the senior aging and healthcare industry, gaining valuable experience that informs her legal practice today. Christopher Smith, a partner at the firm, praises Eve for her commitment to client advocacy, noting her willingness to pursue justice by taking insurance companies to trial and achieving exceptional results for her clients.
