Jason Hamilton Mikes

Jason Hamilton Mikes began his legal career in 2003 in Southwest Florida after earning his law degree and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. He initially worked at local offices of large international firms, where he excelled in representing condominiums, homeowners associations, developers, and commercial real estate owners.

Throughout his career, Jason has provided legal counsel to hundreds of community associations on both routine and complex legal issues. He has served as counsel of record in over 1,000 mortgage and lien foreclosure cases in Lee and Collier counties. His expertise extends to guiding developers of residential, commercial, golf, and marina properties from project inception to completion. Additionally, he has acted as Florida counsel for numerous multi-million dollar, multi-state, and multi-tiered sale and financing transactions. His client base includes areas such as Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte, and Sarasota.

In 2011, Jason founded Hamilton Mikes P.A. in Naples, Florida, aiming to fulfill the demand for responsive legal counsel. Since then, he has continued to support community association and private club clients, becoming an integral part of their executive teams as general counsel and business advisor.

Jason's professional excellence is recognized by his Martindale-Hubbell® AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating (4.5 out of 5.0) awarded in 2012. He was named a “Florida Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2010, 2011, 2015, and 2016.
