Franklin Robert Evans

Franklin R. Evans, the esteemed founder and managing partner of Evans Injury Attorneys, has dedicated over 20 years to championing the rights of personal injury victims. His legal practice spans across Georgia, Ohio, and the Republic of Palau, where he has made numerous court appearances.

Holding an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Miami University and a law degree from the University of Cincinnati, Franklin began his legal career in Ohio in 1999. There, he passionately advocated for clients affected by personal injury. In 2005, he expanded his practice to Georgia, joining two of Atlanta's prominent personal injury firms.

Franklin's career also includes serving as an Assistant Lawyer General in the Republic of Palau, after which he returned to Georgia to continue his focus on personal injury litigation. It was during this phase that he founded Evans Injury Attorneys, committed to delivering the highest standard of client representation.
