Genghis X. Shakhan

Genghis X. Shakhan brings a passion for justice to his legal practice in Bibb County, Georgia. Originally from the Buckeye State, Genghis pursued his academic interests in post-colonial literature at Ohio State University, aspiring to become a college professor. Despite changing career paths, his commitment to education remains evident in his personal life, where he enjoys reading at least three books each month.

Genghis attributes his professional achievements to the unwavering support of three remarkable Black women who have always believed in his potential and dreams. As an attorney, he champions the principle that all individuals deserve equal access to justice.

Outside of his legal work, Genghis treasures time spent with his daughter, nurturing a close family bond.
