Joshua Carroll

Joshua Carroll, a respected attorney in Bibb County, Georgia, offers expert legal services in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. He is admitted to practice before all state and superior courts in Georgia, as well as the United States District Courts for both the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia. Mr. Carroll frequently appears before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions, collaborating with attorneys outside Georgia on various legal matters.

Mr. Carroll's practice is balanced between managing workers’ compensation disputes and personal injury cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, workplace injuries and fatalities, wrongful death claims, medical negligence, long-term disability insurance disputes, and nursing home neglect. Additionally, he represents clients before the Social Security Administration, particularly for families involved in workers’ compensation cases.

In his leadership roles, Mr. Carroll serves as Secretary of the Executive Council of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and is a former Chairman of GTLA’s Civil Justice PAC. He is also an active member of the Legislative Committee of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation’s Chairman’s Advisory Council. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyers (WCCL) section of GTLA and is a past president of the Macon Trial Lawyers’ Association.

A 2015 graduate of GTLA’s LEAD (Leadership Education & Advanced Direction) Program, Mr. Carroll was recognized by Super Lawyers in 2022, an accolade awarded to no more than 5% of attorneys in Georgia. His previous recognitions include being named to the “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine and as a “Georgia Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2012 to 2020.
