Tracey Lynn Dellacona

Tracey Lynn Dellacona has built a distinguished career in medical negligence and personal injury litigation since 1994. Her journey began in Mississippi, where her passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in nursing. Over six decades, she became known for her unwavering dedication to her patients.

Her transition to law was inspired by an incident where a colleague was unfairly blamed for a doctor's error. This experience, coupled with her work assisting an attorney with medical records, motivated her to attend law school. Her unique perspective as a former nurse allows her to effectively advocate for plaintiffs, providing them with crucial information about the legal process, settlement options, and trial outcomes.

Over the past 27 years, Tracey has successfully managed or contributed to over 1,000 claims, leveraging her medical background to deeply understand the impact of injuries on clients and their caregivers. Her expertise in interpreting medical records gives her a distinct advantage in court, enabling her to clearly communicate complex medical information to juries.

In addition to her RN certification and law degree, Tracey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), enhancing her ability to address the financial aspects of her clients' cases.
