Andrew Brian Margolis

Andrew B. Margolis is a dedicated Associate Legal professional with The Siemon Law Firm, focusing exclusively on family law. A long-time resident of the Atlanta metro area, Andrew completed his legal studies at Brandeis University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law.

Andrew began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Georgia. In this role, he honed his skills as a domestic violence prosecutor, which he now leverages to advocate for victims in family law cases. He assists clients in securing protective orders, divorces, custody arrangements, and financial support across Georgia.

Beyond his professional commitments, Andrew has served as a judge in the Fulton County Magistrate Court, overseeing various criminal and civil matters. When not working, he enjoys performing music with his band in blues venues throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
