Kourtney N Bernard-Rance

Kourtney N Bernard-Rance grew up in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and initially aimed to pursue child psychology. She earned her B.A. in loved ones and child studies from Montclair State University. Her passion for working with families and children, combined with an internship at a nonprofit child advocacy organization as an assistant policy analyst, led her to pursue a career in law.

Kourtney attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, focusing on family law. She was a senior staff member of the law school’s family law journal and interned with various litigation service providers. These experiences included representing victims of domestic violence seeking protective orders and immigrant youth pursuing litigation status in the U.S. Her dedication earned her the Jonathan Roppolo Memorial Award for her work with the law school’s child and family advocacy clinic.

In 2018, Kourtney relocated to Atlanta to begin her legal career in real estate law. However, she soon recognized her true calling was in family law. As an attorney at The Manely Office, P.C., she leverages her expertise and passion for family law to prioritize helping families resolve complex legal issues.
