Daniel Patchin

Daniel Patchin, an esteemed attorney in Ada County, Idaho, has cultivated a career deeply rooted in the state he loves. Growing up in Boise, he enjoyed the natural beauty and recreational opportunities Idaho offers. Initially drawn to chemistry, his academic interests shifted after taking Business Law courses at Boise State University. Daniel graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in French, setting his sights on a legal career.

During his undergraduate years, Daniel was mentored by his friend Barry Peters, who played a significant role in guiding him toward law school and the judicial profession. Before embarking on law school, Daniel gained valuable experience in commercial construction and married his wife, Taylor. The couple moved to Moscow, Idaho, where Daniel attended law school at The University of Idaho, concentrating on Estate Planning.

Upon graduating, Daniel joined Barry's practice, honing his skills in drafting wills, trusts, and probate filings. In January 2019, Daniel became a partner as Barry began to step back from the practice. With Barry's retirement, Daniel continues the legacy, working alongside Ben Monaghan to offer reliable legal services.

Outside his professional life, Daniel enjoys Idaho's outdoor lifestyle, including fishing, hunting, backpacking, skiing, and golfing. He and Taylor are raising their two daughters to appreciate the unique experiences Idaho provides. Daniel looks forward to the future, both for his family and the community he serves.
