William L. Smith

William L. Smith is a prominent attorney in Idaho, specializing in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Born in Twin Falls and raised in Kimberly, Smith graduated from Kimberly High School in 1992. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout by spearheading a library fundraising project and financed his college education through personal efforts.

Smith earned his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Idaho in 1997 and his J.D. in 1999, contributing to the Idaho Law Review. His legal career began with a clerkship under the Honorable J. William Hart, where he engaged in numerous jury trials across Idaho's Fifth Judicial District.
