Adam Gana

Adam Gana is the managing partner at Gana Weinstein LLP, where he focuses on securities arbitration and litigation. With extensive experience in dispute resolution, Mr. Gana has successfully represented clients in forums such as JAMS, NFA, and FINRA, and has litigated in both state and federal courts.

As lead counsel, Mr. Gana has tried over forty cases to verdict in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before the AAA. He has also settled hundreds of cases through mediation and direct negotiation.

Mr. Gana's accomplishments have been recognized with numerous accolades.
