Alfredo Acosta

Alfredo Acosta began his academic journey with a B.S. in Anthropology from Loyola University Chicago in 1996, followed by earning his J.D. from John Marshall Law School. His legal career took root at the Cook County State’s Attorneys Office in Chicago, Illinois, where he honed his understanding of the criminal justice system's procedural intricacies. During his tenure, Mr. Acosta prosecuted numerous drug and gun cases, alongside various felony offenses.

After his time with the State’s Attorneys Office, Mr. Acosta transitioned to working alongside several prominent criminal defense attorneys in Chicago. This experience equipped him with the skills necessary to vigorously defend individuals accused of crimes. His ability to stand out among seasoned attorneys became evident through his effective defense strategies.

In 2003, Mr. Acosta established his first law office in Berwyn, Illinois, which continues to operate today. His practice quickly gained recognition in the litigation community, leading to the expansion of his firm. Over the years, Mr. Acosta opened three additional offices across the Chicago area, solidifying his reputation as a dedicated and innovative attorney.
