Jason A. Marker became an injury attorney driven by personal experiences that highlighted the courtroom system's potential shortcomings. Witnessing his grandfather, a WWII veteran and small business owner, lose his business due to unforeseen environmental regulations, inspired Jason during his high school years to advocate for those facing similar injustices.

With over 25 years of experience since earning his law degree, Jason has dedicated his career to helping injury victims receive fair treatment from insurance companies. His journey began while clerking in the City of Chicago's Torts Division under the guidance of mentor Jack R. Davis, where he discovered his passion for advocating for the injured and overlooked.

Initially, Jason spent three years at a defense firm, gaining invaluable insights into the strategies employers and insurance carriers use to contest claims. This experience uniquely positions him to effectively counter defense tactics and advocate for affected victims, aligning with his true passion.

Jason founded his firm on the principle that justice should be accessible to everyone. He and his team take each case personally, working diligently to secure the medical care, financial support, and peace of mind that clients deserve.
