Michelle Bugajsky

Michelle Bugajsky is a distinguished attorney based in Bolingbrook, Illinois, focusing on probate, estate planning, and family law. As a founding partner of SBK Law Group, Michelle is committed to delivering personalized and attentive legal services, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

Michelle graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She then earned an academic scholarship to attend the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent School of Law, where she concentrated on family law, taxation, and estate planning. During her time at law school, Michelle worked as a research assistant for Professor Jonathan Decatorsmith and completed a judicial externship with Hon. Raul Vega in the post-decree domestic relations division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Michelle's hands-on experience includes serving as a 711 student counsel in Chicago-Kent’s family law and low-income taxpayer clinics, where she developed a passion for assisting families in challenging situations. Following her graduation, Michelle pursued a post-juris doctorate certificate in advanced legal studies, emphasizing family law and estate planning.
