Sean P. Sullivan

Sean P. Sullivan graduated with a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Law School in 2009. Following his graduation and bar admission, Sean began his legal career in the General Counsel’s Office at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. There, he contributed to policy decisions, internal administration, and enforcement of professional licensing.

Sean subsequently worked with some of DuPage County’s leading figures in family law before joining a general practice firm in DuPage County as a senior counsel specializing in family law and litigation. Sean handles highly contested matters, including divorce cases and business disputes, demonstrating his capabilities as both an attorney and counselor at law.

Sean is recognized for his skilled courtroom advocacy and the ability to guide clients through complex decisions during challenging times. He is adept at both litigation and negotiation, ensuring clients understand all potential outcomes, including difficult scenarios, to advocate for their best interests.
