Susan L. Novosad

Susan L. Novosad is a respected partner at Levin & Perconti, practicing law since 1985. Her legal focus is on nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, automobile, and site liability matters. Susan has established herself as a proven trial attorney, achieving numerous victories in complex medical malpractice cases. Among her notable successes is a $6.7 million verdict in a birth-related medical malpractice case. She also secured a $995,000 verdict for a 67-year-old assisted living resident who passed away after receiving prohibited food, and a $1 million settlement in a Lake County nursing home case, marking the highest settlement in such cases in that jurisdiction.
