Tor Hoerman

After earning his law degree from Chicago-Kent School of Law in 1995, Tor Hoerman began his legal career at the defense firm Bullaro, Carton & Stone. He soon transitioned to the plaintiffs' firm Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz, where he discovered his passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients. At K,J&S, Tor honed his courtroom skills at the Daley Center, spending his days either trying cases or arguing motions.

In 2003, Tor seized the opportunity to engage in tobacco and opioid litigation at The Simmons Firm in Alton, IL. Here, he quickly adapted to the complexities of mass tort litigation, working collaboratively to challenge major corporations. As a partner at Simmons, he played a pivotal role in the case against Purdue Pharma, which resulted in a significant settlement and contributed to the Department of Justice's successful criminal admissions from corporate executives.

In 2009, Tor realized his dream by founding TorHoerman Law, LLC, bringing his entire mass tort team with him. The firm, with offices in Edwardsville, Chicago, St. Louis, and Philadelphia, is recognized as a leader in mass torts and personal injury.
