Richard K. Johnson

Richard K. Johnson leads a dynamic statewide practice in Cook County, Illinois, dedicated to representing injured men and women, particularly union members. His unique approach combines the advantages of union contracts with the statutory benefits under the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act, striving to maximize recovery for his clients in every case.

Richard has played a pivotal role in establishing legal precedents for injured workers in repetitive trauma claims, managing trials and appeals from the Commission level up to the Illinois Supreme Court. He has also contributed to the legal community by writing amicus curiae briefs for the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts, advocating for financial recovery benefits for injured workers.
